Ideal one night hotel with comfortable but a little dated rooms. The rooms have good sized bathrooms and 2 chairs alongside a comfortable bed. The breakfast was OK with only scrambled eggs the rest continental with cold meats fruit and toast. There is a small cafe attached to the hotel

Room Tip: Rooms at the front give nice view of the square but can be noisy

We stumbled onto this cruise by accident researching Patagonia. Considering this was our first cruise (not a fan of large liners) it eceeded all our expectations.
It has a capacity of about 200 people but we were only about 150. An eclectic mix people from all corners of the globe, a mix of cultures and languages but who enjoyed each other company for a short period of time. The six of us that by chance set together had a ball.
The trip we took was from Punta Arenas in Chile to Ushuaia in Argentina - 4 nights.
Scenery is amazing and two excursions a day very interesting and educational.
We were not lucky to land on Cape Horn as that morning we had 100km winds, but the rest were great excursions.

Food is great, breakfast and lunch are buffet style but dinner is full service fine dining. Dress casual.
Bar is open throughout the day until midnight and a variety of drinks flow freely. After midnight you are free to stay and enjoy and entertain yourself. Which we did!!!

Staff is friendly helpfull ang go out of their way to accomodate the guests.

Pricey but worth the experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is excellent and the bus terminal is less than a block away. The agencies we had to go were very much walkable. The staff is very friendly too. However the hotel needs some renovation. Ours was a triple room with a good size but the wash basin in the bathroom was cracked. The furnishings are old and needs to be replaced. But overall, a good hotel with good service.

Good location near bus stops and town center. Not far from casino. Cool modern picture on trip advisor hides the out dated rooms and terrible breakfast for the price. Friendly staff, good pub in the front. Flexible when we moved our reservation.

With no reservations, we decided to give it a try. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was small but after all the hours on a plane who cared. Breakfast came with the room and it was good. We had dinner there our first night. The chef made crab salads that were amazing.
