We stayed here for 5 nights and had a good stay. The room was nice and clean and comfy and the pool area was nice. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was ok but the breakfast really needs improving. It is in a good location, very close to pub street and the markets and the hotel offers free pick up from the airport. It was reasonable for the price!

This place offers value for money. It's located walking distance from the popular Pub Street area or if you are feeling lazy a short and cheap ($2) tuk tuk ride will get you there.

The accommodation offered a cosy double bed with ensuite and a little balcony. Breakfast was included in the room rate. A selection of continental and local options were on offer. The hotel also has a lovely relaxing pool area with a bar.

Customer service was fantastic. A complementary airport transfer was offered. They also have a tourist information office within the hotel if required. They were also very helpful with booking transport for us locally for a day trip to the temples. Average cost for a tuk tuk for the day to the temples is about $15. Alternatively, you could bargain on the streets for a tuk tuk, but I would not pay more than $15. Some may even accept $13 (if you get lucky).

Overall very happy with the hotel. It's clean. Tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.

The lack of a shower partition in the bathroom would be the only criticism but it's not a deal breaker and nothing to be overly concerned about.

Really nice hotel - well presented clean and tidy - staff speak english and were friendly and helpful - large rooms - modern bath room - nice pool and open air restaurant. Breakfast was ok - limited choice but enough. Walking distance to pub street and markets - will definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were helpful but our room was in the back up a steep set of stairs with no lift. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the shower was badly placed and soaked everything. The internet was temperamental and I gave up trying to get it connected in our room. The one electrical socket was hanging out of the wall and had to be fixed before it functioned. There was however a reasonable pool
and cheap beer but the breakfast was not great and only had sliced bread. There is a laundry service at $2 a kilo which was good and efficient.

Arrived 10 PM, High Season without reservation Staff at counter was outstanding. Clean and quiet room near pool and restaurant. Day #2 6 friends arrived. Most rooms in town were booked. Outstanding Manager fit us all into my room with extra beds without extra charge. I realzed that this was my secomd visit here, the first stay was very successful too. The ally entrance from Sivatha Blvd is maked with a very small sign. It is about 100 Meters from a Large Prominent Bank on the opposite side of the road.

Room Tip: Breakfast restaurant and pool adjacent to my room a big plus ++ for children.
