We have been in this hotel for three nights. It is not very big an the location is right, but it is not a five stars. The breakfast buffet is very boring and the staff is not qualified enough. Our last night was horrible because there was a lot of noise, people shouting and running at 1.30am and you can hear you neighbours every time they have a shower. There is also a lot of noise coming from the road outside.

Dear Dino D,

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback and I am so terribly sorry to read of what a disappointing stay you had at Hotel Somadevi Angkor Boutique& Resort. I like to think that when on occasion we have a guest whom is unhappy with any aspect of the hotel and our services that we successfully manage to change their perception of Hotel Somadevi Angkor Boutique& Resort by correcting the issues they are unhappy with. We also like our guests to feel they have value for money and don’t like the idea of our visitors leaving dissatisfied with something they have paid for. This isn’t what Hotel Somadevi Angkor Boutique& Resort in Siem Reap is known for.

I would however like the opportunity to make a future stay memorable for the right reasons so please feel free to contact me directly should you wish to make a reservation.

Kindest regards,

Sethya Nhong

Even I did not stay at this beautiful property, but I went to pick up my Australian friends who stayed there, the feedback were all superb.

Location is great where you can walk to anywhere downtown of Siem Siem just a minute, hotel design is luxury and unique, friendly warm welcome staff and especially the service staff at Palm cafe, I have enjoyed my food and had fresh coffee while waiting my friends.

I would highly recommend this luxury property to any visitor coming to Siem Reap.

The room is Very clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is big and spacious. We had a very nice and pleasant stay during our three days two nights in Somadevi Angkor boutique & resort. The pick up car from airport is huge and comfortable. We would love to come back again

The stay was very pleasant. Walkable distance to the supermarket and cafe.
The staff were very helpful and approachable. Highly recommend to take on the complimentary shoulder massage. Gym is very clean however it only has minimal equipments.

The service here was excellent! The rooms were clean and the people were very friendly. There was a complimentary 15 mins massage at the spa and it was very good. The only disappointment was that our pick-up to the airport was late by 25mins. Overall still quite a pleasant stay.
