Dear Christina L,

Greetings from Sarai Resort and Spa!

Thank you so much for your stay with us recently and do hope you had a wonderful trip while visiting Siem Reap Cambodia.

It was great to hearing that you enjoyed your stay and services provided by our team while staying with us here and share your great experience thru TripAdvisor webpage. Thanks for your comment and compliment to our staff, room and food and for sure we will definitely share your great comment to them as it is a great inspiration to encourage them to work harder to satisfy your needs.

On behalf of the entire team of the resort, i would like to thanks for your kind support to our Sarai family. As may already knew that Sarai is charitable hotel due to the revenues that we made every month are generated to support to local communities and charities such as water filter system, building and its maintenance etc… ( as per poster placed in our hotel lobby about Sarai CSR) and we also support to 3 other nonprofit schools in Siem Reap city such as one kindergarten named as RAINBOW SCHOOL, one primary school named as NIBC (New International Builder Community) these two schools are for young local students at the country side and one more academic institute named as NIBI (New International Bethany Institute) this institute is offered the full scholarship to every adult learners not only Cambodian but also from South East Asia such as this year we’ve got some students from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand.

So thanks for being a part of our Sarai family on this contribution by staying with us while visited Siem Reap, Cambodia.

We do hope that you will be back to visit Siem Reap and stay with us again in the near future.

State 6 nights at this hotel and could not fault anything.
Room was large and well equipped, the added day bed in the window area have a great place to relax with a view of the pool.
Breakfast was well presented, plenty of choice.
I'm coeliac so was concerned about gluten free foods, didn't need to be as this was not a problem to the chief.
All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them which makwd our stay perfect from beginning to end.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The customer service is above and beyond! Most of the staff members knew us by name and greeted us every day. They really looked after our every need.

The room was a bit larger than average and had good air conditioning. The open layout has sufficient privacy, but it's probably best for couples.

Breakfasts are made to order. Overall, the facilities are nice, but it's the staff that makes Sarai a special place to stay!

Sarai Report & Spa offered a great experience from the moment we were picked up at the airport. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms very clean and welcoming and was of decent size. The 2 floor rooms had a nice terrace upstairs with view over the pool. Being in the low season for tourism the hotel area was quiet and activities and spa was easy available. The complimentary foot massage was a perfect ending on a busy day walking through all the temples. We choose the hotel option for small and big tour of the temples. A special thanks to the amazing guide who brought us safely around on the narrow road in the rain and who also could share a lot of interesting information about the area.
I would highly recommend to stay at Sarai Resort & Spa. The staff really makes the difference!
