The staff at the Sarai resort were so helpful to us and made our stay at the hotel extremely comfortable. They helped us to organise a flight home in the middle of the night, when we found out that our daughter had been taken illand that we needed to change our travel plans at short notice.
We are very grateful for their help and hope that may be we can come back to Cambodia under happier circumstances.

Our group of six adults enjoyed this hotel immensely. The service is truly over the top, and the included breakfast menu is very generous and delicious. The pool and amenities are top-notch, and it is walking distance to great restaurants and all of the Pub Street and night market activities. We HIGHLY recommend Mr. Seang Picheth (picheth.angkorguide@gmail.com) for all local tours, including the Angkor temples. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we can’t say enough good things about our time with him. We also highly recommend the nearby Siem Reap Quad Bike Adventure. It was an experience none of us will ever forget. Overall, it is difficult to imagine finding a better value — or a staff that is more polite and accommodating — than Sarai Hotel. Highly recommended!

Terrific staff, kind and elegant. Ask for the terrace room overlooking the great pool. Wonderful place to end evening in peacefulness from the hustling of the day. Steps away from great restaurants. Check out Spoons, training Cambodian youth in restaurant service. Malis is a must...the food is exquisite and the decor is spectacular..
Our TukTuk driver KimSan was truly the best. He speaks english well and will work with you with your agenda. He works for Sarai. The hotel drivers were also very good.
Sarai is steps away to neighbourhood markets and good local restaurants. Try Kmer grill.

Had one of the best holidays thus far, partly due to our stay at Sarai. The staff are courteous and attentive. The hotel is well maintained, clean and "insta-worthy" to say the least. Breakfast is extensive and i loved having many egg-options and fruit/yogurt to start the mornings. The pool area is beautiful and pool water is cold, but that is a result of having a salt water pool. Nothing a little time in the sun can't help! The rooms are adequately sized, beds very comfortable with clean bathroom and warm showers. I liked that they have a turn-down nightly service where the staff leave a small local snack/dessert as a treat. Location wise, Sarai is located about 10-15 mins walk from the main centre of the city (about $2 tuktuk ride). The hotel helped us organise our tour to Angkor Wat, with the lovely Bunthong as our driver for the day. We also did the Khmer Cuisine cooking class, which is recommended and tons of fun! Chef Samnang was a great teacher! Malen, who works at reception, was very kind and attentive, and among other staff, always helped us answer queries about the local area and activities. The Spa itself is clean and the massage services were good, with resort-adequate prices. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarai, highly recommend and will return again.
