The property is great but certain staff members at reception were rude and not helpful. The free tuk tuk ride every day is a great initiative and the private pool is a blessing. The kitchen staff tried their best to provide us with vegetarian food and were very helpful.

We have been travelling for a couple of months now and this is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning and are serviced every day. The pool area is very relaxing with a really beautiful pool that is refreshing, we really enjoyed using this area every day. The resort is about 3 km’s from the main tourist hub, Pub Street and many restaurants but they offer a free tuk tuk service to get there everyday at anytime. It’s nice to be a bit away from all that as you don’t have to contend with the noise or the dust! The staff are the most outstanding quality of this hotel. Manager Peter is very friendly and accommodating. Phon from the pool, restaurant and bar service area really contributed to how much we loved it here. He is really interesting to talk to, looks after you like gold and makes a really good margarita! Sophea in the restaurant at breakfast and around the pool in the first part of the day was also a breath of fresh air. She remembered our choices for breakfast each day and our needs while we were in the sun. Also had good English and very friendly and caring. This resort is very well maintained and I would not hesitate to recommend it!
We LOVE Suorkear Villa! We have stayed there for years when we travel to Siem Reap. The garden is lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is gracious, friendly, and helpful. We were in town for my daughter's birthday, and I casually mentioned that to one of the staff. In the evening, she was presented with a cake for her and her friends. AMAZING! Great choice for lodging when you are in Siem Reap.
Nice Plot, very green and relaxing atmosphere. Room had all you needed and the pool area was perfect to relax after visiting the temples. Staff friendly and attentive. The restaurant surprised us positively, especially the mango salad was great. I will come back for sure.
We had an incredible vacation in Suorkear Hotel, it's located in a very quiet area, it is near the center (around 5 min by tuk tuk), the hotel is clean and peaceful, the staff is very kind and are up to help in all time, also this hotel provide free tuk tuk to the down town, also free shuttle to the airport in both ways, they couldn't pick us up at the airport so we took a airport tuk tuk but arriving at the hotel they realized their mistake and paid us back all the transportation expense we had, this was a very big gesture of great service.
the staff help us to buy ticket for a show and literally we needed to do nothing, they help us a lot. I would recommend this hotel to anyome!
BTW.. the name of the receptionist is Kimheang Nhim who can help you anytime.
