This little gem of a hotel was nicely located not too far from town, you could walk or get a tuk tuk. we ate there most meals as we found the food tasty and well priced. Nuk (I think that was his name) treated us like it was a 5 star place and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was great, it was part of the price and filled a hungry belly for a big days touring. The room was nothing fancy, but it was cool and did the job. The pool was small but when you are hot it was a nice place to cool off in the hot afternoon. The driver they arranged for us Pan (might pay to adk for him), was sensational, always on time, spoke resonable english and just made our tours fun. By the end we felt like we were part of his family. If you are looking for a place to stay thats reasonably priced, clean and close enough to walk to town give this place a try.

It is a good hotel, small and cheap enough. very little swimming pool but ok to cooling. Air cond works ok and it is clean e silent at night. Very nice the other swimming pool at the roof where you can see a nice panorama of the city. Good breakfasts too.
Nothing superlative but ok for stay.

not a bad hotel, quite enjoyed our stay. Good location, friendly staff, nice wee pool. Bar / restaurant on the roof is very nice. Our room was ok, but looked straight on to a brick wall. A good mid range option for siem riep, no complaints.

This is a boutique hotel on the far bank of the Siem Reap River and so close to the busy nightlife of the city but in a quiet neighbourhood. It has a very pleasant front garden a spacious reception area and a compact pool area.
The staff are all very accommodating and try very hard to deliver good customer service but, by and large, they are hindered by what can best be described as a partial understanding of English. An example is that one morning whilst at the pool, where there is no list of drinks available – only food – I enquired what types of coffee were available. I enquired about espresso, about cappuccino and iced coffee, saying I would order when I was ready and when my partner had joined me; 10 minutes later 3 cups of coffee arrived!

This lack of clear understanding was a regular feature; the staff have a grasp of English but often insufficient to more fully be able to deliver what the guest really wanted.

The rooms were nice and although we had a noisy and dripping air conditioning unit on the first night – not a good introduction – this was fixed the next day. The top floor restaurant and breakfast area was very pleasant and allowed outdoor dining in the mid-30’s heat, supplemented by bringing fans closer to tables – a nice touch! The offer of ‘buy 2 get 1 free’ was good and this operated all day and not just at the ubiquitous happy hour (or two!).
Breakfast consisted of a buffet with a wide range of Asian style foods but there was a bit of a limitation for westerners. Apart from salad items there was nothing to accompany eggs (cooked in any style you wanted) and this was the only hotel of the previous 6 on our Explore tour that did not provide bacon. Apart from this one aspect all other aspects of the breakfast experience were great.
The corridors of the hotel were lined with imaginative modern art and everything was done to ensure guests' comfort.
