This is a little gem of a hotel! Right from being met at the aeroport by their tuktuk driver (who spoke great English) it was a great experience. Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was huge with a shower curtain which is always a plus for me (I hate the open Asian wet room style bathroom).
The central pool area was gorgeous, sadly we never got round to using the pool, but enjoyed sitting beside it to have our breakfast every morning. Good choice of fresh fruit, Asian or Western breakfast and croissants as well as toast.
An easy walk to Pub Street for dinner or there are always lot of tuk tuks to take you there. If you want your laundry done, it is cheaper to walk along the street, there are two little ladies offering laundry for $1 a kilo. All came back so beautifully folded I thought they had been ironed!
The staff spoke quite good English and were always happy to help. And we used their tame tuktuk driver to pop out to see the temples which was easier than finding one off the street who spoke good English.More
