We booked 4 Deluxe Rooms facing the swimming pool and the view was amazing from the balcony. The pool was huge and you can have a relaxing swim without bumping into each other. The room was cozy and big enough to put 2 super single beds and 1 extra single bed too. The bathroom have a jacuzzi bath tub and a separate shower and water pressure was good. The whole hotel is very spacious, quiet and the staff here is very helpful and excellent. Breakfast is good and adequate enough but it's repetitive if you stay longer. The hotel manager Mr. Bun and his staff was very accommodating...always smiling and looking after our needs. We use their Spa facilities and they throw in a Spa party for us with high tea sets...it was fabulous. Would like to apologise to one of the staff for the mix up on the Chanrey Tree reservations...sorry...!!! Was a perfect holiday with my friends and will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Siem Reap. Thank you Mr. Bun for everything.

Room Tip: Every room is good...

This place is simply stunning! From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted by the sweet aromas of jasmine and frangipani which enhance every area of the hotel. The pool is magnificent and the staff just could not do enough for us. I stayed with two girlfriends in a triple room. The only minus was the air conditioning system which was quite tricky to regulate and a bit noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

Customer service at this resort is second to none, nothing was too much trouble and smiles from everyone, understated luxury, room overlooking the pool, free transfers to airport and town shuttles made tis a memorable end to our holiday

Room Tip: 4th floor rooms a/con can be a bit noisy as all the units are housed on that floor

Nice traditional style Cambodian architecture. Centrally located and very near to Angkor Wat. Staff very friendly helpful. I was fortunate to be upgraded to one of its villa. I will definitely be staying here if I visit again.
