My organization hosted a conference for 250 people at this hotel in June and they really pulled out all the stops to make sure everything went smoothly. The staff was super nice, professional, solicitous, and competent. It made it so that both the organizers and the participants had a wonderful experience. Also the food is good and it is well situated within Siem Reap to provide access to both the town and the temples.

Room Tip: a view of the pool would be best.

Couldn't be happier with a place to stay. Staff couldn't be more helpful and convivial. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, air conditioning of course.
Restaurant is excellent, good mix of European & local Khmer food.
Lovely pool side retreats.
Shutttle bus & of course tuk tuks at call to take you into town.
Well recommended to all!

The hotel room could do a bit of modernizing, as the lounge and still keep the khmer style, which i appreciated. The hotel somewhat lacks atmoshere, but the swimmingpoool and garden is great for relaxation. Breakfast and especially lunch is delicious, The best I saves to last, the personnel, The service is absolutely great, as my pillow was like a stone and I got headache , I had to call reception early in
the morning in order to inform the group i wa snot joining them for morning activities, but asked for a softer pillow later in the morning. Within 10 minute there was a knock on the dooor and there was the soft and nice pillow (this was 5 o´clock in the morning.) . The hotel lacks a hotel shop, but there are plenty of shops especially Artisans d´Ángkor and the hotel close by has a very nice shop.

This hotel is exceptional and would definitely come stay here again. This hotel has very accomodating staff and make you feel comfortable.
The hotel is located a few minutes from town but is very quiet and relaxing. The hotel provide shuttles to and from the town if you would like to go to the night markets or for dinner.
The pool is very beautiful and great for children which has elephants which spurt out water

I had an amazing time and recommended this hotel :)
