I fully agree with Jim_Birgit_K's review of this hotel. We very much appreciated being met by the friendly and helpful Jasmine at the airport and the excellent (included) tuk tuk service. Unfortunately, while we were staying there my husband's father died and we had to return to the UK earlier than expected, The compassionate help we received from the staff was outstanding at such a difficult time. Thanks to Mr Bean and Marina we were able to change our flights which would have been very difficult without their assistance. Marina came with us to the airport in the hotel transport and sorted out the flights with Silk airline. She then suggested that we return to the hotel to rest as the flight wasn't for some hours - we then returned in the hotel transport in time for the flight. How many hotels would provide that level of service!

I loved the top shelf personal service, clean, locally decorated/designed facility, free car service from airport, professional spa, 10 minute walk to city center, active eating/entertainment, tour guides. The hotel has prescreened tour guides and tuk tuk drivers that are cost effective options to help you with meaningful trip.
I travel frequently and and have not had service like this- free car service, warm relaxing check in, personalized advice on what you could do in the city and cost effective options for you, very clean common areas and spotless rooms/bathroom, extra effort of staff- escort me back to airport, later check out since they could accomodate me, late notice spa reservation, very non pretentious manner, reasonble buffet for mid range hotel, locally decorated rooms common areas,
walk to town is on a local road with motor bike traffic but tuk tuk available for $1 if need a lift.

This hotel is the perfect base for visiting the temples of Angkor. It is a small boutique hotel with modern, stylish and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast (included) is good. It is a short walk (300m)from the centre of town and the markets, bars and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool which provides an essential getaway from the rigours of temple touring. The very big plusses, however, are the wonderful staff, the private airport transfers (included) and the the allocation of a free tuk-tuk - you are basically given a driver for the duration of your stay. He takes you everywhere you want to go (starting at 0500 for sunrise at Angkor Wat!!) and waits for you at every stop for as long as you need. Our driver - Mr Sit was really friendly and provided excellent advice about where and when to go so that you can avoid the worst of the crowds. The hotel also provide a mobile telephone so you can stay in contact with your driver and / or the hotel. A very big thanks to Jasmine, Marina and all the staff. All-in - all a memorable experience - and, yes, the temples really are wonderful too.

10 mins walk to the night market, pub street and old town. 20 mins via Tuk Tuk or car to the temples, town and airport. Very friendly staff and we loved our Tuk Tuk driver who's always willing to give us a tour around Siem Reap and useful tips along the way, even suggested us places for pictures and cheap souvenirs. Staffs are always smiling and greeting you in a polite manner. Very clean and quiet rooms for a good price. They offer good quality massages at an affordable price with discounts too! Definitely recommended for those coming to Siem Reap..thumbs up!

Room Tip: Book early either online or via phone as they get fully booked pretty fast

Never been to a hotel in any class before where we were treated like royalty. From the moment we were collected from the airport by Mr Seth this wonderful experience lasted during our four night experience. Firstly, we were introduced to Mr Do our tuk tuk driver for the duration of our stay. He would take us day and night to anywhere we wanted to go. Regardless of the time of day he always had a great smile on his face.
The next stage we were given a free mobile phone to use during our stay, free dinner for one evening, and free laundry service. Plus of course the free collection to and from the airport.
Mr Seth was always around to make sure everything was ok with us. It was certainly nice to have our daily chats. Nothing will stop us from going back to the hotel again next year possibly for longer next time. Before I forget.....the rooms are are also great as is breakfast and many other culinary delights we had!!

Room Tip: All the rooms are perfect I am sure!!
