I was stayed there 2 nights with my friends, hotel was so nice with best price, breakfast was so delicious, it was the best food that I had in Cambodia, room was nice and clean, service was great. Only WiFi was not to much good. Rest of other service was great.

This hotel is Lo aged along a line of other hotels, situated about a ten minute rickshaw ride from central Siem Reap where the markets are.

The rooms are big, the pool area was good. The hotel is big and I thought they had a lot of unutilised spaces. But maybe it was just the fact that I went in low season.

They have packages that will take you to Angkor Wat. I think they were ok if you were going for a limited time over there.but if you were going for a longer time, maybe just do it yourself.

Be aware that when you go for their packages, the entry to Angkor Wat is NOT included.

Breakfast when we were there was always in shambles. Too many Chinese groups, toaster not working, food constantly empty, just seemed like they couldn't cope with the volumes.

Didn't try any of the restaurants.

The spa experience could have been better. They interrupted my treatment for a phone call, I've never had that happen before and it sort of broke the relaxing cycle and escape mood that was in!

The hotel is not fit 4 star. Everything in hotel too old . The internet i use never working , i can not working or playing . Boring when i stay in hotel without wifi . The hotel need improve and repair .

if you are used to staying at hotels where there are plenty of lights, bring a flashlight with you. the check in lobby is so dim and so is everywhere else. i would like to see what is inside the water before i dive into the pool. Man! it was dark out there. one of the 2 only elevators is always not working depending on your luck. the lighting inside the room need some improvement. i don't like to read under limited lighting condition. don't know if they ever change the bed sheets but someone like myself who has sensitive skin get itches on bed that is not very clean. i got couple bites from the bugs inside the room. not sure what bite me. the hotel is bit outdated. as for the breakfast buffet, it's mostly vegetarian dishes. unless you call those process meat product meat. they don't provide hot water and only cold water. so forget about using your tea bag. this young kid who is in charge of the egg station is really something else. ask him for an omelet and he give me this sunny side up that he already made. when i told him that i wanted an omelet, he gives me this attitude that i can take it or leave it. the employees working in the breakfast dining area are not well train. they are not here to work, they are here to socialize. i would have fire them if i were the manager. If it wasn't for the Chinese tour groups, this place would have close down already. for 3 days in a row, i only see over 90% main-lander Chinese here. i don't see too many non Chinese at this place. most of the workers here don't show the passion or customer service. other hotels that i stay in Cambodia are not like this at all. The manager really need to train the staffs on how to be a good hotel employee. make sure you double check everything in the room when they open the room for you. otherwise, you will be charge $$ for missing stuffs. ie, soda, towels, etc.

Room Tip: double everything in the room upon check in.

This place is very stately when walking into the foyer and that's where the good bits stop. The pool was great after a long day out at the temples. The staff are not the friendliest I have encountered, breakfast was really average. Rooms were clean. This place is in a poor location with absolutely nothing around, be prepared to get in a Tuk Tuk if you wish to go to a decent restaurant, go shopping or see Siem Reap at night.
