The staff here is remarkable. They are very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and spa area are an excellent way to relax at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a weekend for the angkor watt marathon. The hotel was fully booked but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. My room did not have ironing facilities and they did not have spare ironing boards due to full capacity the staff ironed our garments free of charge. We had a lovely bbq dinner by the pool and the staff were happy to pack us breakfast at 5am for the marathon. Great weekend, will definitely be back.

Delightful place, friendly staff and delectable food at the hotel's restaurants. Borei Angkor Privilege Floor is a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended!! Don't miss the spa! Additionally - it is fairly central and convenient to access the city's lovely temples.

Very pleasant stay at Borei. I was greeted by front desk staff Sokcheat, and checked in early and very fast. All staff were very attentive and caring. The hotel feels very nice in decor and smell. Highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

All the staff are friendly. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice! We had lunch in the poolside restaurant, more expensive than eating outside but you received a much more quality service and extra's like a bread basket. We ate out in the evenings taking a tuk tuk from the hotel to local restaurants was $3 each way. The spa is lovely, we had four massages included in our room rate, definitely worth it. The pool area was quiet, so it was not a problem to get a sunbed. We had two rooms, the poolside room had a good view and was large, the room opposite did not have a great view, but we did not spend much time in the room so it was not a problem. One thing which was a little annoying was how loud the air conditioning system is, we used ear plugs at night to sleep, the staff explained they need large units to keep it cool and apologied. The check out process was smooth and the airport transfer is included in the price of the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay, I would recommend this hotel to others.
