Booked this from a LP recommendation and it lived up to all expectations and more. First off we had a free pick up from the airport and were greeted with a refreshing towel and drink on the drive in. In addition were each given a branded 500ml aluminium drinking bottle for refills during our stay thus emphasising the Hotels green credentials. On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, which was huge. At ground level it made for easy access including the pool that was right outside. Breakfast was complimentary and offered a range of options to choose from. The staff were wonderful and attentive to a fault. Extremely good value for money. Close to town so ticks all the boxes.

This hotel was recommended by a good friend of mine. It was absolutely perfect. Staff so friendly and attentive, our suite large and exceptionally clean. We had a duplex with two lovely bathrooms and a door leading onto the pool. The downside to a pool access duplex is that you can hear the people above due to vibration of concrete floor however didn’t really bother us too much. For privacy I would recommend balcony duplex though as lovely little balconies you can sit at without looking directly at those in and around the pool.
Wi fi is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff. Breakfast is not the hotel’s strong point but you can mix and match to suit which is great.
Warning - Room floors are slippy if you have wet feet but staff and signs do warn of that.
The hotel is central to town but is a quiet oasis. I would stay here again and highly recommend this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mulberry as a family with two young children. The service was second to none and everyone at the hotel looked after us and our children. From the airport pick up; cold water and welcome to the amazing staff they had at breakfast and cleaning the resort. For those with young kids, there is an indoor play centre about 100 metres down the road and for great coffee just around the corner there Brother Bong cafe which has awesome wifi, amazing coffee and food. We organised the tuk-tuk tours for the temples from the hotel for ease and were looked after by the whole team. Nothing was too much trouble and had a great time. Just be careful with young children as can be slippy when wet!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Mulberry. I cannot say enough about how welcoming and knowledable Pon and the entire staff was. They helped us arrange tours, rides to the airport and even provided a very late check out so that we had a place to rest and shower after a tour and before flying out. The hotel room, grounds and restaurant were all first class. Highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Siem Reap.

we stayed here for 3 nights and chose a loft unit. As we arrived at the airport, we were welcomed by the Mulberry driver that pick us up. once we reached the hotel, we were welcomed by the receptionist and showed us the room. the room was cleaned ans coay and they have daily cleaning. its about 10 minutes slow walk to old market or pub street, nevertheless a usd 1 ride of tuk tuk there. breakfast was good and quite a number of selection varies from continwntal to asian. the staffs are very friendly and always warm you with greetings.
