This hotel is an absolute gem. Spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and pool. The complimentary breakfast every morning is absolutely delicious. We dined in the hotel restaurant, the food and service was excellent and not expensive. But the thing that makes this hotel so good is the staff, everyone is so friendly and they all speak very good English. Can highly recommend this awesome hotel.

Moon Residence is a stylish hotel built around a central swimming pool. The pool and restaurant area looks bright and warm during the day has a lovely atmosphere at night as the lights shine on the pool's surface. The staff are the best we have come across on our trip to Asia. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The food and service were really good.

The Moon Boutique Hotel is a great place. The rooms ( we'd got 2) are large, well furnished and very clean. The bathroom is incredible with a huge bath and a shower. The swimming pool and the garden are beautifull and nice. You' ve got a good restaurant. For breakfast, you've a choice of fruits, beverages etc... The front office organise the transfers from/to airport and trips for temples at very good prices. You've got a free return ticket per day by tuk tuk to the town. One of the best place we visited. We enjoyed. We recommand at 100%.

A delightful place to come back to after a day visiting temples. The gardens are beautiful and provide a green and shady oasis. The pool is perfect for a dip, with lounge charis, umbrellas and pool towels provided. The rooms, arranged around the pool, are clean, cool and peaceful, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for two people. Even the bathrooms are spacious. The hotel has the most welcoming and helpful staff you can imagine, on reception and in the bar/ restaurant. The hotel is exactly how it looks in the photos. The drinks and food available in the bar are excellent- we enjoyed our Singapore sligs and our meals here more than those we had at a highly rated restaurant in Siem Reap. And it is charming to sit and have breakfast or dinner in this beautiful setting. It is about a 15 minute walk to the river and the city centre but the walk is interesting, taking you past local schools and businesses. The hotel has tuk tuks that can take you there. All of this for an incredibly reasonable price.

This little hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets and away from the more popular area of pub street. You do need to take a tuk tuk if you want to venture anywhere and the hotel provides this service. The first tuk tuk trip of the day is free and thereafter there is a minimal charge. You get one free trip a day! Which is great. The pool is lovely and is like the advertised pictures. The room was average but clean and tidy. I had a massage there and it was great. The staff were helpful and you can book activities through them as well. The only drawback was we requested to be picked up from Giant Ibis when we arrived. They did not respond to our request and did not pick us up.

Room tip: All rooms are on the same level and face out to the pool. Ours was at the opposite end to the reception and it was perfectly located for us.
