This squarish green hotel is as what the title suggest, very near good restaurants. There are at least 2 budget eateries and 2 fine dining/buffet with khmer performance namely Apsara dancing. All basic emnities were there. Staffs were polite, WiFi was good but not great, linens and towels were clean and fresh. The buffet breakfast was better than the price you pay - porridge (with various condiments), fried noodles, eggs (fried/omelette/hardboiled, changes daily), cakes/French toast/potato wedges, grilled or fried vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea and mango juice.

Mr Mab, our tuk tuk driver was very accomodating. He offered us cold water after every temple visit.

Good hotel overall. Will come again.

We enjoyed our four nights stay. The rooms are really good so is the breakfast buffet and the overall service and room cleaning. We were also very pleased with the lift in the hotel and the area in town where the hotel is located. One needs only 20 minutes to walk to the river. We took our evening meal at the Curry Walla a good Indian restaurant, a short ten minutes walk. The area feels good and is safe at night. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Really good stay at Parklane, the staff were lovely and really helpful. The breakfast was good and had a good choice. Mr Mab the tuktuk driver for the hotel is nice and he did us a good tour of the city and Angkok wat. The room was slightly dated but clean and provided tea and coffee etc and they have laundry facilities. In the street by the hotel they have some nice places to eat. I would stay here again.

Well located to see the sights of Siem Reap. Included buffet breakfast had a choice of eastern and western dishes. My room and the hotel property was always kept clean. All of the staff were always a pleasure to speak with. Always felt safe in the hotel and area. I enjoyed my 5 nights at this hotel and have no complaints.

I stayed here for one night with a friend in January 2015, as we were travelling with a group, the hotel was already decided. Compared to most other budget hotels in Cambodia, Park Lane was pleasant. They had working elevators, air conditioning, and a well priced laundry service (USD $2 for two kilograms).
We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary juice and the staff were very friendly. If you need a restaurant reservation, they are happy to call. The rooms were spacious but didn't smell pleasant. The bathroom was as you'd expect, nothing negative to mention, but slightly on the smaller side. They give you complimentary internet but it is slow and other members of the group said it simply would not work, or continued to drop out. We didn't try the breakfast as it was not recommended. We kept our curtains shut as the view out the window appeared to be a level of someone's home and if the blinds were open, they would be looking directly into our room.
I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere budget, but there are so many other beautiful hotels in Siem Reap for just a bit extra money.

Room Tip: Ask for better views so you aren't looking into someone's home and vice versa.
