This hotel is quite quaint. The restaurant, lobby, and pool areas seem to have been updated recently. Our room was spacious with a spacious bathroom but both was a hodgepodge of modern and old decor.
Staff are very polite and friendly, and the buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Just came back from my Siem Reap trip and we stayed here for 5 nights. Saw good reviews on tripadvisor and went to check out their websites, after few comparison I made reservation directly via their website email. Very fast email response and we are allowed to make reservation without deposit. There is a complimentary one way transport to/from airport, which we used during arrival. Their in-house tuktuk driver was already waiting for us when we step out of the arrival hall. Very welcoming staffs with good English greeting us at the reception. Giving out direction map with the hotel location marked on is a nice touch.

Our twin superior room at first floor is very spacious, with a queen bed and super single bed, actually enough for 3person. Simple Khmer style decoration and have everything we need. Bathroom door cannot close properly but not too bothering for us, forgot to fail a complaint too.

Our balcony right above the reception facing the car park, where their tuktuk drivers resting, so most of the time we leave our curtain half closing.
Buffet style breakfast with simple choices, food quality ok, dishes change a little everyday but mostly the same. I got bored of it after few days.

They have tour desk at reception and can arrange in-house tuktuk to tour Angkor Wat. Tuktuk tour price quite competitive, but don't compare them with those private tuktuk/car drivers out there which usually give you extra services like ice water, cool towels and touring tips etc during your tour. You get what you paid for.

Hotel location is very good, only few blocks away from Lucky Mall, and about 10-15 minutes walk to old market/night market/pub street.

Point to note, currently the lot next to the hotel is under construction, so a bit noisy during day time.

Generally a good place to stay and value for money.

Room Tip: Higher floor should have better view

First of all, fantastic value for money. Walking distance from all the main areas in Siem reap, this hotel was a real find. Our room came with s large bath and an excellent bathroom area. The room had a safe, free wifi and was cleaned everyday.

For those of you thinking about getting your clothes washed on your travels I would certainly recommend the lady right next door to the hotel. She actually put our clothes in a working washing machine, which was a luxury after several other below par washes we had received throughout our travels in Vietnam and Cambodia, and she is cheaper than the hotel.

So, why not 5 out of 5? Well, all in all it was a brilliant experience in a beautiful destination, however at the time there were a few building works going on around the pool, nothing disastrous, just a bit of pain. I could imagine that if you were the poor soul on the first floor you would struggle to sleep in. Also, breakfast could possibly be a little better, but I'm being picky- it was included in a great price after all.

All in all great hotel. Great value for money. Spacious rooms.

Pictures look much better than it is. Pool area was under construction and noisy, and the actual room was full of mosquitoes. Staff were friendly and helpful, but it was not what we expected. Wouldn't recommend it. There are cheaper, cleaner options down the street.
