We stayed here for four nights in November. Our room was on the fourth floor overlooking the pool. The staff were so engaging and so friendly. If you have a few words of Cambodian, they really appreciate your efforts and will in turn help you with learning the language. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. The rooms are big and we had a king size bed with couch and long chair. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a bathtub. The balcony was large enough to sit out for a drink but because of the hot and humid weather, we rarely used it. There is a large gift shop in the hotel but it was more exciting to go to the old market just to browse and have meals. Bargaining is a must here and stores are happy to engage in such. We did get some great deals. We had a package which included a car, guide and driver for two days, massage for two (that was great) and dinner by candlelight for two as well as 15 and 30 per cent of purchases. The hotel is five minutes from the airport so very close. Airport pick-up and drop-off was included. All in all we had a great experience at this hotel.

Room tip: Overlooking the pool area.

If you stay you must try the inexpensive massage parlour. My wife and I stayed and our room was a good size and well appointed overlooking the swimming pool. Do ask for room with this view.it was clean and everything worked properly and the bathroom was a good size.breakfasts offered a full range of buffetfood for all tastes.if we return to Cambodia we will definitely stay again.

Based on the good reviews from Tripadvisor, we booked a room for our 3 nights' stay with Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa during our trip to Siem Reap.

The hotel provided an airport transfer and we were met by the hotel staff upon arrival. Check-in was handled by a staff while we were seated comfortably on the couch, and we were given a welcome drink. USD100 was required as a deposit which was refundable upon checkout. We were assigned on the 4th floor with the swimming pool view.

The room is really spacious, with a couch. Fruits like dragon fruit, orange and apple were provided in the room. There’s tea and coffee making facilities. One issue which I would like to feedback is that the tea bags were not individually packed, so they were left exposed in the open which is unhygienic.

There is a safe deposit box as well as toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer, bedroom slippers and bathrobes. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfy.

Wifi is provided for free throughout the hotel, but however the signal is weak in our room.

Breakfast is provided as part of the package. There is a wide selection of food, including a noodle soup stall and fried noodle stall. There is also an egg station and freshly cooked waffles. Unlike the usual small wok or small frying pan as is commonly used in other hotels, this restaurant uses a big hot plate which allows the chef to cook a few eggs at a time. This in turn reduces the waiting time for guests as there are groups of tourists from Korea and China.

The gym and swimming pool were located on the ground floor. The swimming pool is very big and there is also a jacuzzi. We had a good swim in the pool.

The Karma Spa offers a 30% discount for guests. We had a traditional massage which was good. The massage beds were on the floor, partitioned by curtains. The curtains were translucent, and when one undressed, it could be seen from the outside which makes us feel uncomfortable. I hope this can be improved.

The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Town three times a day. A tuk tuk ride to Pub Street or the old market cost USD4 or USD7 for a return trip and the driver will wait for you.

The staff are very courteous and whenever we return to the hotel from our tour, they will greet us by saying "welcome back". This really makes us feel like we are returning home.

On our departure, the driver named Somnang drove us to the airport, he thank us for choosing Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa. He is very friendly and shared with us information about the population of Cambodia and chatted with us throughout the journey.

We will definitely stay in this hotel again should we visit Siem Reap.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful public rooms and excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff are very attentive and keen to please. Food is very good with an excellent breakfast selection. The swimming pool is wonderful. Short journey by tuk tuk into town. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a tour visiting Vietman and Cambodia.

Don't be put off by the address. The hotel is set back from the main road and is really quiet and very clean. A tuk-tuk into downtown Siem Reap is $4 one way of you can negotiate $7 return including waiting.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and spotless. We had only one observation - the only english language tv news channel was Aljezeera. Couldn't find BBC or Sky.

Breakfast was self-service with a mixture of western and asian food available - and not the same every day.

We booked a hotel mini-bus, driver and guide to take us to some temples way out of town and this was an excellent service and very cost effective.

Highly recommended
