We visited on a busy December Sunday & no one else came in--we had the whole place to ourselves for our entire visit!(?) This should be an excellent location - right off Cedar Avenue in the heart of Apple Valley, near one of the busiest Caribous (& Buffalo Wild Wings) in the Twin Cities, and just steps from a train station stop.
The restaurant is small, but the décor is clean, neat and attractive. Perhaps they should strive to advertise more? I have never seen it advertised even once - just recognized it from the Mall of America location, which everyone seems to know about… (How about a coupon in a mailer - like most other restaurants do around here)?
Service was okay, but it was easy to tell the workers were bored to tears with almost no business.
Sushi offerings are delicious, fresh and colorful.
Good selection of wine, beer, sake. Prices are a little on the high side: Osaka, which is just down the street, has just as fresh and wonderful sushi offerings, but they are more reasonably-priced.
