Tucked in back of the Farmer's Market is a small concrete building housing Teriyaki Time, a mostly take-out place but lots of tables when the weather cooperates. This was our first visit, but won't be our last now that we are neighbors. The menu is fairly extensive with Chinese, Japanese and Korean appetizers, teriyaki meat and veggie main dishes, Korean specialties and several "Asian Fusion" dishes. My wife and I both had the chicken/beef teriyaki combo meal. It was served with a large dollop of fresh steamed rice and a small crispy iceberg & carrot salad with ginger dressing on the side. The meat, cooked over a flame grill, was tender, tasty and perfectly seasoned: a generous portion for under $8. We also shared tasty stir fried veggie plater for under $6. The counter service was friendly and quick. Overall, yummy and seemed much fresher with wider variety than the Sarku chain.

The menu is expansive for a carry out location. We had chicken fried rice, and bulgogi beef. Both were freshly made as we had to wait for the food to be cooked.

They brought it outside to us on trays and offered 3 or 4 different sauces to go with them.

If we are in the area we would return and certainly suggest it over the super overpriced Zingerman's Deli which is right down the street.

Next time we are here we would order sushi to share. This time my table mates were not sushi fans.
