Our stay in September was a very good one. Our hostess prepared a wonderful breakfast both mornings we were there, and the location of the inn was very convenient for walking the University campus and to other spots in downtown Ann Arbor. The house is filled with a quirky collection of memorabilia, a lot of it from my childhood era (50s) and fun to peruse. Our room, on the entry floor, provided us with plenty of storage and was convenient to the parking area. The possible disadvantage, especially for physically challenged, is the set of stairs to the main level where you check in, have breakfast and coffee and enjoy a common area and deck overlooking the street. And while there were plenty of light fixtures in our room, the light levels were not adequate for comfortable reading.

I recently stayed here with my wife while attending a week-long conference at the University of Michigan. We had a great stay here from start to finish. To begin with, we were given a free upgrade on our room. It was conveniently located for me, while also providing a relaxing place for my wife during the day. The food is excellent. The setting is peaceful, even though it is right across the street from the university. The innkeeper even sent a parting gift along with us. We are already booked to stay here again.

We stayed just one night but loved the B&B. It is walking distance to all of the shops downtown and serve a great breakfast. As I recall we have stayed 3 times in the past and will keep coming back.
You cant find a better location in Ann Arbor.

Great location, great room, great facilities, really warm and friendly people. Really delivered on everything you could want from a bed and breakfast, including a fantastic breakfast that catered to all our tastes.

A2 B&B is the only place I stay when visiting Ann Arbor! It's right on campus, so park your car and use the city/campus bus system, or put on your walking shoes. The hosts are wonderful, breakfast is delicious and all of the rooms are comfortable. Who has it better?? No one!!
