We had the carnitas tacos, Tacos al pastor, and the honey-barbecue chicken wings, as well as the guacamole. Very tasty! Service was excellent in spite of the restaurant being super-busy. We ate outside.

We stopped here for lunch on a Friday (due to all the good reviews on TA) and the place was empty. The server was quick to explain that their food wasn’t your average Mexican food and that the portions were on the smaller side and that they bring what you ordered out more like tapas. I thought that was nice to explain things before you get to looking at the menu. My husband and I got the salsa trio (they do not have free salsa and chips here) and they were fresh and good. We had the mahi mahi tostadas as well as some chicken tacos that we split. The ingredients were fresh and I enjoyed them all. I really wasn’t crazy about the frozen blood orange margarita which was the only flavored frozen margarita they were serving that day. My husband had a regular margaritas on the rocks and said it was not the best. So I would probably avoid their cocktails and stick with something bottled.

Surprisingly gourmet taste and presentation. Small portions. Expensive. We had to add our meal. $37. Drank water.

Go hungry, and eat delicious Mexican food for reasonable prices. We had chips and guac, two entrees, a beer and a mojito and the bill came to about $43 total.

Shout out to the server who was really nice, and not even to us!! Another guest had forgotten her handbag and the server SPRINTED down the street a hundreds of yards to return it. Nice thing to see, and that young woman should get a promotion!

At first glance at their menu we were a little underwhelmed with what seemed to be a limited menu. The three of us each chose something different and we were all blown away by the attractive presentation, and most of all, the amazingly delicious creative combination of flavors in each entree. The shrimp quesadilla had a bit of tang but the shrimp were plump and perfectly cooked with a delicious combination of cheeses and queso, the two different taco entrees were uniquely flavorful as well. As my husband commented, if it were located closer to us, we’d go there once a week for dinner! Our granddaughter informed us she doesn’t go there as often as she’d like because it’s always so busy. Obviously our timing on Father’s Day was perfect because we walked right in to an open table but there was a pretty good crowd waiting for tables by the time we left. We’ll go back again!!
