I stayed second time this hotel because of its location is very near to Metro and room is big. Despite its washroom is old style but it does not matter when you are in the hotel room just to sleep and spend other time outside hotel. Great Value of money as no one other offer. I like to stay more times with this hotel.

Thanks Delmon hotel and specially the reception peoples are also kind to me.

Room Tip: choose upper floor rooms if you don't like noise.

Before you book this place because of the cheap rate, think again! Worse staff, the room you will book will always be different than the one they will give. If you have any friends to visit u, they pay extra. Also they they don't care about customers review. They simply say that don't book our hotel. Don't destroy your visit by choosing this place.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Calling it a hotel does it injustice as it is simply a brothel carrying on the fascade of being a 4* hotel.
I got matched with this hotel by priceline which rates it as a 5* hotel for a 2 weeks booking for 2 rooms. Went their with my family and had to exit the next day due to the accommodations being so terrible. The hotel is clearly marked as a 3* hotel, the owner said I could have my money back, then refused to release the funds to priceline. The owner and the staff are crooks.

The hotel lobby is full of cigarette smoke, rooms are full of broken furniture, and the washrooms smell like sewage. If you happen to walk around in the hallway in the night time you will see cockroaches and prostitutes scurrying around.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if you are travelling with your family.

On the first night there was a rowdy Khaleejee group of drunk men next door during the late evening. We reported this to the night manager who impassively claimed he would speak with them. In the early hours of the morning the same wild howling, shouting and jumping around continued. I told the night manager but it continued. These were not the only customers of this type on the second floor. It appeared there was another all male group having a party down the corridor. When I spoke with the Filipina receptionist about this, she refused to move rooms claiming that the hotel was full. Furthermore, she refused to inform the manager as she retorted the manager does not like to be disturbed when he has finished work, which makes you wonder if they had thought to consider a duty manager or at least passing my message of concern to the general manager as the delinquent guests were staying another night and it seems there is no clear promise that the noise would be abated or any decent solution could be offered.

If this is the place where rooms become a haven for hedonistic all- male party groups I would stay clear of this place. There are more respectable hotels charging similar rates.

Great place to stay if you don't want to spend a fortune in Dubai, affordable price and still very luxury! it has a decent rooftop pool and the rooms are excellent condition, beds extremely comfortable which can be hard when you have to get up to see Dubai!
Beware of the extra payments upon arrival (almost 30% in fees on top of the price of the hotel), but I guess most hotels in Dubai are like that. The aircon can be too cold at times (like everywhere in Dubai ). Also a bit far from the good areas of Dubai (e.i. Marina/Palms) but still in a busy area of Deira.
