I selected this hotel since it is so closely situated to the Al Riqqa metro station. The hotel staff was helpful but not that friendly and I was able to book earlier into my room, paying for doing so.
The room was spacious but run down, but I liked the fact that it was cleaned properly every day. The room had a bar fridge, and kettle with no tea and coffee provided. Two bottles of water was provided on the first day only.
The WiFi is non-existent in your room and you can only access it in the reception lobby. If you are on business, it will difficult to access emails in your room and I would think twice for families as there is a disco in the hotel building.
Breakfast was nice and a variety of Western and Middle Eastern dishes were provided, which was not the same every day.
There is a tourist information desk in the lobby with a friendly lady providing information on local sightseeing ideas.More
