Everything aspect of this hotel is well thought out. Great food, most friendly service anywhere, wonderfully decorated, spacious and modern rooms and beautiful grounds make this a place to stay. Special mention to the Front Office Supervisor, Santhoosh! He is amazing! Very welcoming, and passionate young hotelier! He is just amazing, great and with a very genuine care and hospitality. Thank you for making our stay memorable and one of the best hotel stay we've ever had. Very good experience all the way around. The condition of the hotel, the rooms, the food service were all what i have come to expect from a Jumeirah property. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you and please don't stop or change the amazing service and attention to detail you give your guest. We will be coming back as much as we can afford to visit this beautiful resort, but more importantly the amazing people who give this resort its 5 stars!

Stayed for 8 days in Dec 2017 and the hotel was lovely, my family and I particularly enjoyed the wide range of pools, beach, restaurants and the water park that kept us busy without having to leave the resort. The buggy’s and boats to transport between everything was an added bonus compared to some other very large Dubai resorts

However when we arrived we felt thy had decidedly failed to give us information when we boomers (particularly given we booked directly with the hotel and a half board basis where all the cost was paid upfront). Firstly the half bird which, when I booked and paid, included breakfast and either lunch or dinner was changed and I was only informed upon arrival that lunch was no longer an option. When I explained this wasn’t what was offered when I booked and paid I was summarily ignored. I understand changes but I should have been informed before arriving and given the chance to change my half board option

Secondly the splash area at Sinbads kids club was closed for scheduled maintenance for almost my entire stay. Again scheduled maintenance makes sense and is understandable but I felt the hotel should have informed us particularly since this feature was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel

Finally when I checked out the clerk asked if all was fine with my stay. I mentioned both of the above and I was met with a blank stare and no response. We checked out and my family was in a queue to check in at the airport when I recieved a call from a manager of the hotel, who rather than addressing my concerns was calling to urgently inform me they forgot to add 90 AED to my bill and was eager for me to sort payment immediately despite the struggle of getting through the airport with children. He seemed to take no account of the fact that I had fully settled my bill but was causing me additional inconvenience due to the hotels mistake !! When I told him I would sort after I got home from my flight he seemed to ignore that request and pressed on for the tiny payment

Overall a lovely hotel with great facilities but I would have guessed they would treat their guests better. We will have to think again for our next trip to Dubai

Allow me to profusely apologise with regards to the half board package changes and poor handling of your check out process which I will certainly share with the relevant department head.

We have advised our travel partners of the half board changes, the same has also been communicated via our website, therefore may I request if you could please share your booking details via this email address: mjguestfeedback@jumeirah.com so that we can investigate what went wrong.

The Health and Safety of our guests is paramount to us therefore, an urgent maintenance had to take place at the Sinbad Kid's pool, however the kids pool at Al Naseem is available for our little guests to use during the closure period.

Here you are always a vip. The lobby is always busy especially at the evening. They always have someone to attend to your needs. Try some of the many restaurants they have. The Hide is actually a new favorite of me. Lika is a blessing there. They have a beautiful seafood restaurant but don't go the manager there is a disaster spoils the whole evening and name of the company. There are nice abra boats that take you around the property. But highlight is the service and the fact that everyone is just ready to help.

Myself and my husband have just returned from the Al Qasr Hotel, Dubai and can honestly say from the moment we arrived and was met by Sheri (Club Executive) we received nothing else than first class service. The room was superb and worth the upgrade to a club executive room. From the buggy man, boat persons to all the hotel staff we encountered all were a credit to the hotel and true ambassadors. A very special thank you to the staff in Club Executive Val, who really went out of her way to make our stay the best! Sheri, Rose, Amjad, Braian, Manju, Santosh thank you all.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a club executive room

I have visit the restaurant for one of my best friends birthday was the best place to celebrate birthday the environment at Al Qasr make the occasion more memorable.. would like to recommend everyone to visit
