I was a bit sceptical about eating in a hotel restaurant but this one is one out of the box! We had the degustation menu with the recommended wine flight and it really was one of the best meals I have had in the world. From the initial 'amuse bouche' of a cauliflower mousse with tomato and cocoa 'soil' on top, each course blew us away. Each dish was supported with a well selected wine from the (female) wine sommelier who really knew her stuff and took us on a wine journey around the world. Hard to pinpoint a favorite dish...each was amazing. We had our last two courses at the chef's table in the kitchen where the chef was able to answer any questions we had about each dish.
To top it off you get a little lolly bag to take away with you! A great meal guys. Full marks to Nick & Scott. Hope you have even more success. You deserve it.
