Visited this monastery which is made out of teak . The workmanship is truely impressive and a credit to the craftsmen. This is the only remaining original part of the Mandalay palace as the king had it moved 7 years before WW2 to its site where it now sits and the rest of the palace structures were ruined during the war . A truly amazing structure
