v.good Hotel to stay and v.good Service The Hotel is clean and comfortable the room is always cleanBut we had a small problem to reach the hotel . as the place isn't known for us what we enjoyed the most is the breakfast , we didn't enjoy much the view of the room

Hotel rooms have everything we need for a pleasant stay: large comfortable beds covered with special bedspreads, and bathrooms that are clean and shiny.But we had some sort of connection problem,so you have to improve The Connection Issues

first of all, the hotel should wash and change the quilt more often than what is right now.second, suggest to prepare the slipper for the customer in case of needed for bath.improve the wifi experience is another very important factor that affect customer feeling as lots of customer needs to surf the internet during the stary, especially in the night.'hope you can make much more improvment.

Pros: The seaside and middle rooms are nice and quiet. Close to the sea, shops, touristy spots and restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Cons: The beds are a tad old. No kettle in the room. No flat irons available. On a one way street so it is difficult to Uber. Overall: A lovely p;ace to stay when in Alexandria.

Room tip: Avoid the city view rooms adjacent to the mosque!

The Hotel overall needs an update, the room while spacious was not very clean, the mattress had a thin sheet covering it, when it was accidentally removed there were blood stains on it. Fortunately the top cover is duvet style, so I rolled myself up in it to sleep. The hotel is close to the water and local market. The market was good as it is geared more to locals so we were not harassed very much. Good little local bar nearby, the only one we saw in all our travels.
