my wife and i stayed here and lot of plus he location is great ther service is goo dand the breakfast is also very good lot of foods to chose from and great service.
My only reservaton was the room it was not the most confortablist but it was ok as the bed was not the best and the pillo very soft otherwise all round good expereince

This is our 5th visit to Hotel Neptun and it is still as good as ever ! This time we travelled without the kids and had a fantastic 3 day escape !
Great rooms - try and get a sea view with balcony.
Breakfast is a real treat - probably the best buffet I've ever had and an unbeatable location on the terrace.

Had a Junior Suite with a stunning panoramic sea view. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has access to 9 different pools as part of the Importanne Resort. Our daughter ticked them all off over the holiday. There are many restaurants within an easy walk (approx 1 mile) or you can dine at one of the hotels restaurants. We did both during our 10 day stay. Breakfast was fabulous. The old town of Dubrovnik was a short bus ride away (bus number 6) of about 15 mins. We also used the bus service to visit Cavtat - the service is good and regular.
One suggestion if you are going to visit the old town, check if there are any cruise ships in and try and pick a day when they are not in as the city gets very busy.
Back to the Hotel Neptune - 5 Gold Stars from us - Excellent experience and highly recommended.
This is a nice hotel, higher end, on the beach. The views are really spectacular. Lots of the rooms have sea side views, which really makes the visit worthwhile. The rooms were a little small and just basic, but comfortable. Showers and beds are good, but on the small side. The hotel staff is really friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. Cash exchange was the cheapest at the front desk, just 3%. The bus to old town is right across from the hotel and the end of the line, so no problems both ways. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the city. There are some restaurants very close by, including the terrace and a couple at the hotel. 4 nice pools, one roof top that was really stunning. Beach is all rocks, but laid out nice. Overall a great stay with some friends.
