Can't get more Antigua-spheric than this heritage building with all kinds of nooks and idiosyncrasies. Lovely staff and included breakfast, individually crafted sink and tub, plenty of space, reminds me of fine little European inns.

This has been one of the most wonderful hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel is so so beautiful and full of hidden magical corners, it makes you feel as if you are in a mini Hogwarts. Hehe. The staff is very nice, everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. They have a great restaurant, bar, live music and events. The pool area is also very beautiful, almost reminds you of a Moroccan riad. For anyone staying in Antigua, I could not recommend this hotel more. Sure there are great hotels out there...but as magical as this one? I highly doubt it. I fell in love, and could have stayed forever. 10/10
This was our third stay at Meson Panza Verde, and it will always be our hotel of choice when travelling to Antigua. We stayed in Room 6 this time, which is a very spacious and comfortable room with a large dedicated (to Room 6) veranda overlooking the lovely common courtyard. Very much enjoyed relaxing in the hammock listening to the birds sing in the morning. The restaurant is excellent and the included breakfast is very good. The staff was extremely attentive in providing impeccable service.
Be aware that as a boutique hotel, the rooms are each very unique. A few rooms are much smaller than others, so carefully read the description of which room you are booking. It is very much worth paying a little extra for the larger rooms.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel -- we were in master suite 9 which included a beautiful private patio. The food is amazing and the staff are so kind and friendly. We would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a place to vacation in Antigua.
Absolutely a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous and has so much character. The breakfast was wonderful and beautifully platted. The staff were kind and accommodating and really gracious with any requests.
We stayed in room 1 which has its own patio/veranda. The staff was willing to deliver our breakfast to us each morning and we ate in the comfort and privacy of our own space while enjoying the begin to the day. The waffles are AMAZING!
We would definitely return when visiting Antigua again.
Meson Panza Verde was a wonderful place to stay on our first trip to Central America. The hotel itself is charming. Our room with private patio was comfortable and adequate for the three of us. The central garden surrounded by restaurant dining was our favorite spot, although the rooftop bar area was a close second. Breakfast was excellent. But the best part of our stay was the wonderful bi-lingual staff, every one of whom was not only eager to help us but also so friendly and happy to see us. High marks for Meson Panza Verde!
