Rented bikes to see the 5 main attractions included in our whaling museum ( even though they were all closed for the season) We were tryumpant on our arrival ( got lost along the way but had many laughs along the way as well) took pictures then on our way to the next one

I saw this place on the sightseeing map and walked to the edge of the village to see it. Huge and interesting.

We visited this atttaction as part of a tour of the island and as such did not visit the inside. That being said it is an interesting building to visit with a facinating history

This is a nice little stop during the season and admission is part of your Whaling Museum ticket. The guide we had was so very knowledgeable and excited. He really interacted with the kids in the group. We climbed the very narrow steps and learned how this very complicated process works. A lot more to running this mill than I ever knew. Doesnt take long and some neat pics can be taken.

Interesting piece of history and worth a see! There were originally four of these mills at this location and one farther out and this is the only one left.
