You can't beat the price for this location which is close to Annapolis. The property was well maintained and clean. The included breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon bun waffles. The hotel including corridors was very quiet. However, the room air conditioning unit was extraordinarily loud and kept my husband up all night (I'm a sound sleeper). It was even difficult to hold a normal conversation or watch tv at a normal volume level. Room was on the 200 level.

Room Tip: lower numbered rooms (101, 102, etc and 201, 202, etc are closer to the elevator.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night this past June for a nearby wedding. We loved our room-no complaints at all. The halls are quite hot, but the room itself was clean and well-appointed with nice cool air conditioning. We arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before the advertised closing time and everything, including the small fridge was shut down/locked. We were disappointed in this, but overall had a great stay!

Very clean rooms, rudimentary furnishings, not located near downtown but near a great restaurant [Cantlers], with lots of parking. The breakfast was about what you would expect at a Comfort Inn. Affordable though. The desk staff "did not know much" about the downtown area.

Room Tip: Not near the elevator.

This hotel looks old school when you drive up...but inside it seems all brand new! You for sure have to drive to get to downtown Annapolis, but for the price, this place is great. All the rooms are brand new inside...wonderful breakfast buffet. Even though its near the highway..our room was very quiet! The gal at the desk, wish I could remember her name, was so wonderful and told us a great place to eat.

For convenience on and off the highway, a very clean hotel & extremely nice & helpful staff THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! After being disappointed by 3 hotels in the area when booking I came across Comfort Inn. I'm glad I did! Upon arriving on a busy day in Annapolis we were greeted by Theresa at the front desk. She was extremely nice & helpful. Upon entering our room it was very clean and thru out the night quite. The next morning we had the breakfast which was very good. The breakfast attendant was on hand making sure the bar was full and available for any questions from the guests. A job well done!

The only downfall, but not of the hotel itself, is the amount of restaurants nearby. Which is only one; a bbq bar & grill. Sometimes its just nice to walk from your room to an eatery after a long & busy day behind the wheel. Restaurants are everywhere..you just have to drive to.

When we do travel to Annapolis again this will be the only place I'll consider to stay. Glad to have found you all! Perfect for couples and families
