We choose the JW Marriott (formerly the Trump hotel) because of its location, as once a year we visit family right across the street from the hotel.
The hotel shares the building with a casino and with residences, and therefore the ground floor lobby is unattractive, notwithstanding an impressive sculpture. The hotel lobby is at the 15th floor and the rooms on higher floors.
The beds are comfortable but shockingly the bath tube is right in the middle of the room. One can only wonder how someone came up with this design and how the developers accepted this. The shower door only turns inside, which is not comfortable and the toilet has an inacceptable lack of privacy. The shower itself is strong and pleasant.
There are no bathrobes in the room, nor slippers. The curtains don't close all the way and I woke up every morning at around 6:30, because of the sun light.
In short this hotel does not live up to the JW Marriott brand.
