where to start.... no contactless payment system, employees wearing gloves in this pandemic crisis (gloves are know to be extremely dangerous for spreading the disease unless you are a medical worker- you must NOT WEAR those, and instead wash your hands), the nice employee showing the room was talking niceties about the mini-bar (which was empty as it should be during the COVID measures but he did not know), the suggested dinner was room service, and the menu was supposed to be in QR signs around the room (there was none), the choices in the menu, strange, the food.... we left most of it - breakfast was much better by the way - the tv was out of service for most of the stay (we were told it was due to a problem of the service provider) - internet is not included in the price of a suite...., parking is payable, the suite did not have a desk to use your laptop, the room was nice, but much smaller than a "suite" in town - this is a place to avoid unless the other hotels around are full - otherwise, it is overpriced and lacking almost everything a five star hotel has - only good point, nice staff....
