I was surprised by the monumentality of the hotel from the moment I entered the lobby. It's full of marble, granite and carpets, like you're back in the 80's but in a good way.
Most of the staff spoke decent english and I didn't have issues with my booking.
There is a nice lobby bar with local Stella Artois beer, a pleasant surprise. Lousy breakfast is served at the 3rd floor, near one of the greatest hotel halls you'll ever see, with marble, carpets and a huge chandelier at the ceiling.
The room was good, pretty much like at hotel website photos, with excellent WiFi and an IPTV with several dozen TV channels from around the world. Bathroom was small but clean, and bed was huge.More
