Overrated place with a lot of bragging around it, bloated ego chef-owner and only average food.
All broths are bland, comparing to what I had in ramen shops in states and Europe( never been to Japan )
Miso and shoyu tasted the same tho.
It seems they don't have any tare and just make the soup more salty itself.
Their vegan ramen is a joke, made with no thought at all.
Noodles are ok. A little too chewy and had a stronger soda smell to them.
The place is okay, it's eadible, but it's quite mediocre. I don't get where all those "best ramen place" r coming from.
P.S: pictures of corny tv-chefs from late 2000s are starting at you from the walls....
