So good for a fast food. Just grab a covriluca, and off you go.Specially the one with cheese. Unexpensive as well.

If you are in hurry you better take something quick from Luca, it's worthing. A "Covriluca" is indeed a nice meal in fast food category. Only quality products!
Luca is the best choice if you dont have a lot of money and you are in a hurry. If you visit Bucharest do try ”Covri Luca” it good, always warm and cheap.
Simigeria Luca is in my opinion the best Covrigi shop. The bread taste, the combinations with sausage inside or ham and cheese. It's breathtaking, something so small, so affordable and so simple, is just enough. This for me is what Bucharest, Romanian fast-food is all about. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is always time and always room for Covrigi from Luca.
Luca bakery shop is incredible cheap considering the location (about 100 steps from the Old City Center / Centrul Vechi) and - last but not least - quality of their products. My favorite, by far, is "Luca cu masline" - Luca with olives. Before starting your stroll in the Centrul Vechi / Old City center, you should stop at Luca and grab some pretzels (covrigi), just in case, as the prices in the Old City Center are sky rocketing. If you stop at Luca on the way back from Centrul Vechi, you'll find their prices even more cheaper ;)
However, these small bakery shops (just like Luca) are very popular in the suburbs of Bucharest.
