The event coordinator is a person that you should rather avoid involving in organizing a wedding or any other major life event. After presenting the options we had for table design, cake etc. we discovered there is no such thing, and he designed everything as he saw fit. He postponed the food tasting for Thursday, with only two days until the wedding, when he tried to extort some additional 19% of the total value of the event on the pretense that VAT has to be added ( although the presented value and mentioned in the contract did not say it did not include taxes). We had drinks included in the menu that were not offered ( for ex. rum - which he bought separately only two bottles when we insisted, and were considered additional cost...) . The promised fruit and chocolate bar was only a myth, and probably that was the first day on the job for the DJ. There were also other details that left a bad taste, such as his attitude once the things had to get done. Overall, the food was acceptable and the waiters were prompt, those being the only two things that can be considered close to what preparing a wedding should be like..
