Good food, good service, nice wine tour. It’s not a huge vineyard, so it’s nice to visit, a closer experience.

It is an interesting vineyard aprox. 30 minutes out of Montevideo, by car or taxi.
They also offer good lunch and very good wine, produced all in the same nice place.
Always full of people, so it is necesary to reserve place by phone. Also during all the weeek.
Nice place very well organized. With a quick visit to the wine property. Then we did the tasting of the wines produced by them and then the lunch. Closed menu with hot or cold starter option, main course and dessert.Coffee or tea to finish. We are peschaterian and found a vegetarian option too.
This is a convenient trip from Montevideo, the journey takes about twenty minutes by car or taxi. The vineyard is in a lovely rural setting and a great place to stroll in the sunshine. The tour around the vineyard and bodega is free and the young lady who is the guide is very pleasant and helpful and speaks good English.
The classic car collection was closed when we were there as the building was being refurbished.
There is a great restaurant on site which even midweek was full and pre booking is necessary. They squeezed us in on a lovely table on a patio.
The food was good and not ridiculously priced and I would thoroughly recommend as a treat or special occasion.
Ironically as it's a vineyard, I wouldn't recommend the wine tasting. This isn't because the wine is not good, it is. It is however really overpriced at 1,200 U$ which is £30. For this, they give you a small taste of a few, not all, of their wines and a small plate of meat and cheese. I've been to other vineyards that give you the same for free.
We had a company lunch here and they accommodated a large group in a very quiet part of their restaurant. The food was very good although portions were extremely generous. The surrounding were very pretty as the restaurant is located on a winery
