Very nice hotel that cater very good to Platinum guest. Good location in Miraflores with lots to see and do all in walking distance. Very good comp breakfast and comp water in the rooms. The hotel in well maintained and managed

A convinient, central location with freindly, helpful staff- but a little tired and run down.

It looks like it has not be refurbished for a while and the interior is rather dark and gloomy. There are probably better places to stay in this location at a simialr price point.

I recently stayed at the Four Points Miraflores for four nights. I was attending a wedding in Lima and traveled with two colleagues. Flights in and out of Lima often have inconvenient arrival and departure times and our flight was no exception. We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 a.m. for a 3:00 p.m. check in. We were greeted at the Front Desk by the charming and helpful Iris. Although there was a charge for an early check-in, Iris was happy to help us with the early check-in and could not have been nicer.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and have city views. There are the usual amenities one expects from a hotel of this caliber. Comfortable bed, good heating and a/c, extremely hot water in the bathroom. A very nice room.
Breakfast is served daily in the hotel. There is a wide range of dishes, with many Peruvian specialties. Lovely selection of breads and great coffee! Service was friendly and the food was more than adequate to start the day. There is also a bar and dinner service but we ventured out to visit some of the many local restaurants in Miraflores.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, casinos, the Larcomar Mall and scenic malecón. Plenty of banks and legal money changers in the streets, as well as an upscale supermarket 2 blocks from the hotel. The historic district is best reached by taxi but is only a short ride away.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent customer service we received from the staff. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help.

We were on a tour and my husband left his camera at the hotel. He called when we hit the next town and they had found the camera. Housekeeping had turned it in! Yay for honesty. They did help get the camera back to the tour company so we have it back.
The facilities were really great, too

We had a very warm welcome at this hotel and stayed 2 nights. The location in Miraflores is just off the main thoroughfare and is an easy walk to the main shopping areas and many of the local attractions. The rooms are as one would expect but the mini-bar was empty and there was one or two omissions from the bathroom, but none of these affected our stay. The breakfast had many and varied options and I would recommend the Andean Muesli but the warm food was lacking one or two normally included ingredients. Views of the area from the upper floor rooms are not spectacular, but this is still an acceptable place to stay.

Room tip: All rooms are of an acceptable standard
