Great location with amazing views of Cusco and much of the Cusco valley from the hotel room.
Interesting how it's built on a hillside so the lobby is actually on the top floor and the rooms are in the 4 floors below it.
Friendly, professional service in all areas.
Location is walking distance to the historic center, though I'd caution that it's downhill the way there, on the way back it can be challenging with the high altitude, which makes any uphill walking more of a challenge than you're probably used to. But there are taxis all around the area to help with that.
Restaurant was nice, food was average. Not bad but not as amazing as its location and level of service would suggest.
I would definitely recommend this for families, couples or individuals traveling to this historic city.

Arturo, the food and beverage director was on wek-end duty when our flight was diverted from Lima to Cusco, the airport was shut down due to fog. Immeddiately I contacted the Cusco Hilton to let them know we couldnt make our reservation. After discussiing our problem with Arturo , he immediately tried to contact Hilton Honors, but they Honors program couldn't due anything to help us, we wasted a night we paid with points and there was nothing Hilton could due. So we rebooked with points for our arrival the next day, and Arturo did EVERYTHING he could do to make us happy. He was amazing, just like the whole staff at the Cusco Hilton did. We love this hotel and recommend it to anyone who has had problems with other Cusco hotels, these people care and we care for them now too..Its a 5 star experience...JP Worner

We stayed at the Hilton Garden in from 05/10/2018 to 08/10/2018. We had booked the mountain view room, and as the name suggests we got an amazing view of the mountain from our room. The room was spacious with two huge separate beds. The stay was extremely comfortable. A special mentioning of the toiletries provided in the toilet, they provide high end Neutrogena products! Are rear feature in South American hotels, but another rear feature about the hotel is that they provide you only two complimentary bottles of water for your entire stay!!! Never heard of that. Most hotels of this caliber provide minimum of two complimentary bottles per day per room. And considering the hotel is so far away from the main square and does not have any supermarket close by. It was inconvenient, and leaves you with no choice but to buy water at a higher price from the hotel! Some how I made a break through with Sue on the front desk and could manage two bottles per day from her. We bought the remaining water from the main square ( you have to taxi it to the hotel anyways) the breakfast is very good, and is laid early. They have a live station for eggs. Morning staff needs to be a little less grumpy. We had very good dinner at night at the restaurant and the staff was attentive and good. If you want a room with a view. Please go for Hilton Garden inn. It’s absolute VFM!

Predictable Hilton in Cusco. The location is a little out of the way. It’s slightly up the hill from the main downtown area. We would walk down but take a taxi back up for $2. Hotel breakfast was typical and delicious. The rooms look like all other Hiltons. My only wish is that they had a fitness center with weights. They do have Pilates and yoga though. Next time I’d probably choose something a little closer - I saw a super nice Marriott for only $40 more a night.

The location and property are nice. Did not however made up for rude front desk staff. The only nice one was lucia.
I would not return to this property. Use your good money somewhere else. Remember that this property is a bit far away from the central square and is a bit uphill.
