The was a well located , small boutique hotel with good service standards and comfortable rooms. All rooms face inwards in a large atrium style and the hotel can be quite noisy especially during early morning and evening checkin/out periods.
The on site restaurant seemed competent enough but was lightly staffed, a consequence of which was glacial service.
Breakfasts were typically sparse

Room Tip: noise is probably an issue in most rooms

The hotel is located close to the Plaza de Armas (a 5 minutes walk if you are used to the altitude of Cusco and 10 minutes if you are not) and has all the amenities of a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. All room face an internal courtyard and are well isolated from the street noise but not from the noise of some groups waiting in the lobby located in the same courtyard. The hotel caters for groups touring Machu Picchu and the rest of the "inka land" surrounding Cusco and having the breakfast room starting at 5 is bonus for those starting their tours early. Personnel is also friendly and helpfull.

No kidding, this hotel offered the coziest and comfortable stay I had in Cusco. It's well-maintained, clean and staff are efficient. Pretty much everyone around the hotel can speak in english, so communication is never an issue.

The room we were in was 201. This was the downside. It would get noisy late at night & early in the morning because we were informed it was the kitchen area at the back of the room. So if you're staying here, make sure you book a room a bit further in the hall.

It's a quite a walk from this hotel to the plaza itself. If you're not in always in a hurry, there are sites you can pass by on your way to the plaza.

Room Tip: Choose rooms further down the hall for a more quieter stay.

We arrived feeling tired and affected by the altitude. The staff spoke English and gave us warm coca tea which helped. The hotel has a pleasant court yard surrounded by three levels of comfortable rooms. There is no elevator but the staff carried th bags effortlessly up the stairs to our room where we slept for the next 12 hours. The hotel was quiet and the court yard with glass roof is warm and relaxing with artwork on the walls. The restaurant and bar is decorated with art and exposed timber beams providing a good place to chat with fellow travellers. The WiFi is super fast and free in room and throughout the building and accommodates multiple devices. This is pleasant relaxing and enjoyable accommodation 15 minutes walk from the main plaza. Nearby are pharmacies, small shops, and restaurants. We should have stayed longer.

Room Tip: All rooms face the court yard and first floor rooms do not require using the stairs. The restaurant is on the second floor.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The room is big enough for 2 females with big suitcases.
The food is ok. The shower is good.
If I have a chance to come back to Cuzco I'd choose this hotel again.
(There is a bakery that is famous among the local is in front of the hotel. I highly recommend to get empanadas there)
