Delightful. We stayed here on 3 occasions (as part of out 16-day trip we kept coming back to Cusco) & each room we had was equally clean & comfortable

Lots of tiny patios & courtyards, resplendent with flowering cacti & fountains this is a picturesque place to stay.

The inclusive breakfast (that starts at 5am) is nicely varied & coca tea is available 24x7 at no cost. Comfy beds & staff who are happy to recommend local eateries we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Not only was the hotel beautiful but the staff was lovely and accommodating. They give you 2 free large water bottles per room which is a lifesaver when traveling. Felt very secure and comfy. Also a delicious breakfast!

Stayed here for 3 nights before our Inca Trail trek, and one night after. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little chilly but they provided extra blankets. The hotel itself is very pretty (I would describe it as "quaint"). It is close enough to the center of town to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet.

Good breakfast too.

Gorgeous courtyard in the hotel. Perfectly located for walking to all the major tourist sites and San blas. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Internet and hot water a little spotty. Comfortable rooms. Great for pre and post Inca trail.

We recently hiked the Incan Trail and had the privilege of staying at the Rumi Punku several nights - on the front end and on the tail end. The hotel is quaint and beautiful, with courtyards full of plants in bloom and water fountains. The staff could not have been more helpful! Each room we stayed in was well-appointed, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows as well as a stocked mini fridge with items at very reasonable prices. The showers were fabulous as well. Each room has radiator heat which automatically comes on when the temperature drops. The price was exceptional!
