Spent 2 nights at this amazing hotel. I traveled with a group of 30 to Peru to visit Machu Picchu and stayed at the JW Marriott in Cusco. The accommodations were superb and the staff was professional and very friendly. The managers also made sure my group had everything they needed. But, best of all was the breakfast, the most delicious meal awaited us each morning. If you are heading to Cusco, there is no other choice. Can't wait to visit again next year!

This is a fantastic property with a great location situated right in the middle of Cusco town. You can walk to the entire town from here, and it makes for the perfect base to use to go on tours starting in Cusco.

The breakfast was fantastic. We would have so many tours that started really early in the morning and they were nice enough to let us pack our breakfast boxes each day.

We had a room in the basement, which I would not recommend since it can get a little claustrophobic so I would suggest you ask for a room on the ground floor or above during check in. We used their pool and jacuzzi facilities too, since they make for a great place to unwind and relax your muscles after a hard day of hiking, and for the size of the hotel and the number of guests it could accommodate, it was surprisingly under-utilised.

Would totally recommend staying here.

This property is a hidden gem in Cusco. It was a convent convertid into a hotel. It is very well located near the Plaza in Cusco and everything is within walking distance. We started by having the traditional Pisco sours at the bar. They even teach you how this famous drink is made and give you a free tasting glass. The rooms did not have a view but they were large and pleasant. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was very good. The managers are attentive to everything that is going on and making sure that guests are taken care of. We felt very good at this hotel. If we are ever back in Cusco, this is the place we want to go and, therefore, highly recommend it.

We came to Cusco to visit Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, and the city of Cusco. This hotel is outstanding. The property used to be a convent. It's beautifully constructed and finished and the hotel has tours every night at 6pm to share the property's history. The breakfast was included with our room and was filled with fresh locally grown fruits, vegetables, grains, meats and eggs. Anything you could possibly want was part of the breakfast. Jean Carlos, one of the servers, was personable and pleasant each day. The hotel had outstanding services for tours, taxis, laundry, and local shops. I will be returning to Cusco and I will definitely be staying in this hotel.

We are currently sitting at the bar because our flight out of Cusco was cancelled this morning. The staff are warm and welcoming and quickly helped us to check in for an additional night. They are also working hard to cancel our Lima hotel as they know we have had a stressful day. Thank you Bryan and Carmel!

Dinner at the Qespi Restaurant was great. I recommend the black quinoa. Our server Daritza was very knowledgeable about the local dishes and was accommodating with an allergy.

The hotel itself is beautiful. We did the historical tour, enjoyed pisco sours, sat in the courtyard and met a llama!

Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
