Hotel was last stop before airport next morning. Most rooms are towards the plaza and we got NO REST AT ALL. Cusco was so loud all night long with cars honking, music blasting, dogs barking, drunks shouting, at 3 am I finally fell asleep and at 4 am my alarm clock went off to get to airport. 65 bucks not well spent! Ask for quiet room out back but NOT the lobby window. Make sure you have all window panes in and enough toilet paper to last! hahah, viva Peru!
PS Wifi only worked in the lobby NOT in each room....

Room Tip: not in front but ask for room facing back, quiet alley...

We had a triple room for the 2 of us, on the 3rd floor facing the back. The room had 3 twin beds and nightstands, with no other storage but space to keep luggage on the floor. The bathroom was tiny, but it did the job. Shower was adequate and had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ok but not great; a small buffet of cereal, yogurt, fruits and breads. The pastry shop next door had some great fresh pastries that we bought to complement our breakfast. Hotel WiFi was good, and worked all the time. The location was ideal. Right behind the main square, among several good shops aimed at tourists, and close to many restaurants. And outside the hotel is another smaller square where you can sit on a bench and people watch. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant with directions, carrying luggage to and from the room, calling taxi’s etc. Overall the hotel is good, especially when considering its location.
