This is a good very basic hotel with a few quirks get over. The lobby is lovely, but goes unused most of the time except for people waiting for tours. I think they may have just done some big renovations as the last review for this hotel was back in 2016. We arrived and our room smelled very heavily of paint. I think they were staining the wood outside the room or the room itself had just been painted. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. But there were no dressers or hangers so we had to leave our things in a heap on the floor for the entirety of our trip. This was of great annoyance to my boyfriend, but not a huge issue for me.
The walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs as you can her everything in the next room or the hallway. There was also a lot of loud construction going on a few times.
Breakfast that was included was decent and they always had eggs and fresh fruit. Coffee was decent, too.
Service was efficient, but not overly friendly. You can get water and beer in the lobby to take to your room and pay when you check out.
This is a decent place to stay if you have basic expectations and can live with a few inconveniences.

Room Tip: Bring earplugs!

My 2 daughters and I spent several nights here. This is a GREAT, small hotel. We had unique travel plans as one of my daughters and I arrived one day, and the other arrived early the next morning. The hotel was wonderful allowing her in and led her to our room for a short siesta before heading out. They also allowed us a little extra time prior to check out due to her late arrival. Additionally, they stored our luggage for a night (for free) as we went to Aguas Callientes for one night.
The hotel staff greeted us with tea and a snack upon our late morning arrival, and they provide a great breakfast in the morning. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location is about 4 blocks from the main central plaza in the historic area, and there was a great market for local crafts open every day between ourselves and the plaza. It was also within walking distance to all the markets, the other plazas and all of the museums and historic areas.

Room Tip: We were able to have a room for 3 with 3 separate beds!

Our room( a triple) was very nice and spacious. It was very clean and was well equipped. Water for drinking in the room would be a bonus on a daily basis. However it was available at a cost from the reception. A very nice and friendly orientated family business. The staff are very pleasant and always ready to help. During our stay we were treated very well and it felt like coming back into our own home after a hard day out. The main plaza is a walking distance and cabs were always available. We had a fabulous ten nights and throughly enjoyed the services that was provided.

This was my second time staying at the Anden Inca Hotel (first time was June, 2014). This hotel is very quaint, the rooms are reasonably nice, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We booked our trip through the same travel agency both times and this is the hotel they selected. It's within easy walking distance of the main square in Cusco. If/when we return, we'd be glad to stay here, again.

This is a good budget hotel 5 minute walk to the main square and had many good restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
They give you a small electric heater for your room for the cold winter nights,
which worked well. The small buffet style breakfast with fruit, meats and eggs
was good, but they only had instant coffee. Overall very good.
