When I got there with my family of 7 the surprise was that they did not have the cabañas they reserved and charged me for. They accommodated me in 2 horrible room.
The place is way to expensive for what they charge for. Getting there is a total adventure since it is in the middle of nowhere, and the road to get there is very bad.
The people running it are the least to say professional.. The place is a 100 year old villa converted to a hostería but not significant investment has been made. The weather is very cold and rains a lot.
Would never go back there. Horse rides are $20 each, no internet wifi service or mobile service in the area. And as said before the road to get there is terrible.More
