The Fogon del Gaucho is the ideal restaurant to visit if in need of topping up your proteins! Originally a barbecued beef joint only, it now also serves salmon and chicken. The salad bar is a must, very varied and fresh. They serve a wicked pisco sour and have a great wine list. Try their home made, traditional, 'leche asada' for dessert.
