We attended a meeting at the R.C. Santiago and chose to take an upgrade to the Exec. floor.
The Exec lounge is great with drinks all day and warm light dishes in the evening .
The lounge is relaxing and staff is very friendly.

My husband, son and I, stayed at the Ritz Carlton on three separate occasions over the course of about 12 days. We used the Ritz Carlton in Santiago as our base to go between Atacama and Easter Island, and it did not disappoint.

We reserved a junior suite with access to the Club lounge. It was a little bit extra, but well worth it. Coincidentally, our room rate also included breakfast downstairs in the restaurant, but we could also enjoy the same breakfast in the lounge. The lounge was great for having a quick snack after a long day of exploring the City, and nice to have a glass of wine at the end of the evening after a great dinner.

Concierge was always available to help. While service on the club level was excellent, Natasha was a standout.

Location is excellent, and whatever is not in walking distance is a reasonable distance by Uber.

The restaurants they recommended were also very good. We went for a nice steak dinner at Happenings and Italian food on another night at Tiramisu [within walking distance]. On the evening we went to Tiramisu, it was at the end of a long day, and our 5 year old was quite tired. Upon learning that we had been sent over by the Ritz, and seeing my little boy, the hostess got us seated immediately. That was much appreciated [and if you decide to eat there, you must try the roast chicken!]

I believe the hotel rooms have been recently renovated, and our room was lovely, clean, fresh, and modern.

We had a wonderful time in Chile! If you are thinking about going, you definitely should! The people are warm and friendly, good food, good wine, and a plethora of side trips are within just a couple of hours away.

The moment we stepped out of the taxi, Antonio was there to shepherd us through the check-in process. It seemed that every time we had a question, he was there with guidance. We stayed in an Executive Room, and the lounge made it well worth it. Natasha is a real asset, and, again, one of those go-to people who is happy to help any way they can. Everything else about the hotel was as you would expect. Great location, combined with excellent amenities.

A lovely 'colonial style' hotel in a very pleasant area. We have stayed before about 4 years ago. We checked in early form the airport and as our room was not ready we went up to the spa. Lovely and quiet with surreal views of the city and mountains. Had a swim before going to our room just after lunch. We booked a club room so had access to the VIP Club Lounge where the food was very good indeed. We also had a credit for 100 dollars so had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening. Staff very helpful and proficient. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Facing the main road on the corner.
