My partner & I came earlier without confirming the check in time but Bella & Faizal from front desk was very nice & accommodating. As we were rushing for time, they managed to find one room available, allowing us to check in earlier than we should.
Through it all, they were always all smiles & friendly. Upon entering the room, Faizal even called up to our room to check on whether we’re ok & comfortable with the room given. We mentioned some tv issues & in less than 30mins he was up in our room to check & help us solve the issue.
I’d give his service a beyond exceptionally 5 stars service! Would definitely come back to experience his service again.
